Continue with a conversational requirement and evidence review. Ask the Bot to check the actual connection status. A numerical backend score requires a successful score_job result.

The connection asks for sign-in

Use Grok's normal Reconnect flow when you choose to reconnect. Stop on denial. Do not paste credentials into chat or copy someone else's login.

A call is limited or uncertain

Follow the returned retry time when limited. If a call has an unknown outcome, do not retry it automatically. The same account keeps its quota when reconnected.

Report a problem

Include the symptom, time, client version and generated request ID when available. Reproduce it with fictional text. Leave out passwords, tokens, authorization codes, real resumes and mailbox contents.
